| The Integration Team Human Ressources, Gender and Diversity Management (IGaD) is a staff position at the rectorate of the RWTH Aachen. It soupports the university management in the areas of human resources and organizational development, work-life balance as well as research and teaching. Significantly in the integration of gender and diversity perspectives for higher education development. The inderdisciplinary working staff position is the central actor in the action of mobilizing people as a part of the future concept in CoE. |
