Career and what else? (for female research assistants)

Highly skilled women are often looking for an individually coherent way to advance their professional development and also to meet other family obligations or make a conscious decision for or against the creation of a family.
The first steps up the corporate ladder and starting a family happens mainly at the same time, so that a multitude of challenges in professional as in private life must be mastered. In order to find a balance between work and private life and to develop strategies for avoiding a career interruption, advance planning for further (life) path is necessary. The training for female research assistants should support this planning.
