Cluster Conferences
 |  | The Cluster of Excellence organizes several regular conferences. At the Colloquium of Integrative Production Technology, which takes place two times a year, is regularly given a performance and discussion about the overall strategy of the Cluster of Excellence. Also the Steering Comitee is nominated at this colloquium. |
| Every 3 years is the Aachen Machine Tool Colloquium (AWK). In 2008 and 2011, the Aachen Machine Tool Colloquium was themed "Integrative Production Technology for High-wage Countries." In different presentations to approximately 1,000 interested visitors a wealth of information about current trends in production technology is offered. | |  |
